In 2005, The Emerald Heart Light was poured into David Ashworth in a powerful spiritual process. For several weeks the Light burned so intensely that David hardly slept and during the first six months, it continued to pour through him, opening him at an incredible pace and bringing with it teachings. David did nothing but write these teachings during this time. The Light has been gifted to humanity to help with the next chapter of the evolution of humanity and the planet.

One simple step at a time is how you begin to transform your consciousness. It is easy to see the changes within yourself, as you look back after working with the Light.
When you first begin to work spiritually, the changes are often very subtle, therefore keeping a ‘Journal of Changes’ is essential. You must learn to note down each tiny thing that might be out of the ordinary, can be an excellent way of seeing your progress. When you look back through your Journal, you can suddenly see how these small things add up to deep inner changes to your consciousness and the way you see the world.
It is not uncommon for people to experience quite dramatic physical changes, too, often as a result of attending a retreat, where you are in the Light for a long intense period.
The Knowing! When Universal Light begins to work on you, you get a sense of ‘knowing’ in your heart. This feeling is impossible to describe as it is different for everyone, but it is just a perfect sense that you know something to be absolutely true at the core of your being. That sense of knowing is the God-consciousness awakening and communicating with you in your heart.
Why Do I Need The Emerald Heart Light?

The human Subtle Energy System, consisting of the Aura and the Chakras, Emotions and Consciousness is like a deep ocean and in order to begin to stimulate the Evolution of Human Consciousness we need to learn how to understand, navigate and penetrate this ocean. The absolute Key to bring about evolution of consciousness is the ability to enter the depths of the heart and the depths of the heart lie in the deepest part of our Ocean of Emotion, The deepest part of our consciousness is referred to by the Guidance, as The Well of Fears, and is found right at the very core of the heart chakra, but hidden in the fifth dimension. The Light of The Emerald Heart opens the door into this other-worldly dimension, beyond time and space.
Imagine for a moment descending into the sea. As you enter the water, there is light all around. Daylight penetrates the surface of the water and you can see clearly. Visualise for a moment a clear tropical reef with coral and brightly coloured fish. However, as you descend, the density of the water filters out the light. Eventually you reach a point where light cannot penetrate any further and you enter the deep, dark ocean. No ordinary natural light can ever enter this place.
If we divide the ocean into two distinct areas, and call them The Shallows and The Deep, we can relate these same images to our energy system and consciousness. The Shallows represent the area of our being where light enters, such as the Chakra System and the Mental and Emotional Bodies located within the Aura. The Deep represents the place where no light touches, which is the very deep consciousness that is hidden in the Core of the Heart.
Within The Shallows, we are consciously aware of what we are processing at many levels of our mental and emotional lives. Even the emotional patterns that we do not wish to experience or think about are in our awareness at some level. Let us say that to the greater degree, The Shallows are processing the energy and consciousness of our thoughts and emotions in the moment - in the now.
In the deeper darker reaches of The Deep, we touch into the primordial aspects of our Selves. Not only those aspects of who we are at this moment in time in the present incarnation, but also many aspects of ourselves from previous incarnations that are still with us, unresolved, within the core of the heart. Some of these aspects may go back as far as the time when mankind first began to walk upon the Earth, gathering experiences and learning how to exist. Hidden within The Well of Fears are these ancient images, emotions, feelings and patterns that, to some degree, control, limit and determine our behaviour and success in this present life. Unless we do something to dissolve some of this ancient dross, it will continue to limit us in future lives too.
These ancient images of our former selves are active in this present life and The Emerald Heart Light will help to illuminate and dissolve them, allowing you more freedom and growth in many areas of your life, particularly in your emotional self. This is a deeply healing process, going back through deep ancient patterns and releasing you from the ancient traumas that may still be active within you.

All Emerald Heart Practitioners are fully trained through The Emerald Heart School of Enlightenment. They work in their own individual ways, incorporating their own experience, gifts and talents into their practise, and they come from all walks of life. What they have in common is their ability to work as Spiritual Teachers to guide you on your journey of discovering your own truth. They use the tools of High Vibrational Essences and the Light of the Emerald Heart and Wheel of Light in specifically targeted Programs to help take you beyond your limitations.
Methods of Working with The Emerald Heart Light
We use a range of fundamental processes using two key methods to bring the Light into your heart.
- High Vibrational Essences, called The Keys (of Transformation)
- Programs, where Transformational Light is poured into your heart
Emerald Heart Practitioners are really Messengers. Through the Guidance of The Emerald Heart Light and your own Higher Self, they bring you the message of how to conduct your own healing and evolution through the use of certain methods and tools. Each Practitioner will mix and match the Essences and Programs, based on the Guidance received from your own Higher Self, to produce a unique and individual Program just for you.
In a consultation, either by phone or in person depending on the Practitioner’s preferred method of working, the Guidance of The Emerald Heart Light will open your heart so that your own Higher Self can show them exactly what you need. You may need just a little guidance to set you on your way; or an Essence to bring some Energy and Light to an issue; or the power of a Full Light Program to bring the most powerful shift.
Mini Essence Programs involve taking an individually guided High Vibrational Essence, together with a typed reading of what has been identified in your consultation as the issue or fear that limits your progress and evolution.
The essence will last for around 4 weeks and your Practitioner will request a follow-up appointment, so that The Guidance can ensure that the work has been performed satisfactorily, or if anything else at that point is needed to take you another step on your path. Of course, this is also for you to offer your feedback and ask questions about what you have experienced.
Sometimes you may need an essence each month for several consecutive months to get you to where you need to be; sometimes one is enough. Trust the process and you will always gain a result.
Full Light Programs also involve taking a High Vibrational Essence for a month, but you are also connected to a stream of Divine Light of either The Emerald Heart or The Wheel of Light, to bring extra power to the process. The Guides will let the Practitioner know which Light is best for your issue, depending on what has been identified to work with.
The 3 Phases of Program
- Taking your essence for the first month and having a follow-up appointment at 5 weeks
for progress review. - How long the Light will remain with you, even after your essence is finished.
- The unfolding process, which is how long the energy from the Light continues to work
with you until it runs out. This is like filling up your tank with petrol/gas and seeing how
long you can drive your car before you need to refuel.
Consultation Fees
Each Practitioner has their own charges based on an hourly rate for the time used in both the Consultation and the preparation of the Guided and Channelled notes. Guidance will often insist on the notes, as they have been individually channelled for you and carry Light in the words, so that each time you read the Program Notes, then the Light touches you again and again, continuing to unlock you.
Connections to the Light
The value of a Connection to either The Emerald Heart, or Wheel of Light frequencies are consistent for all Practitioners, based on Universal guidance reflecting the right Balance in Exchange for the Light you will receive:

Connection to The Wheel of Light £120.00 per Program
The Connection Fee is a one-off exchange which covers you for all 3 phases of the Program, and the Program lasts for around 3-4 months, which works out at less than 5 pence/cents per day. The most inexpensive healing you will ever have.

Your total trust in the process and commitment to the Guidance are absolutely necessary for success, therefore, please be advised that some issues or energetic situations you may be working on will need to be addressed in a number of sessions.

What are the Essences?
The Essences are known as The Keys of Transformation. These were given to David to open the deep, inner consciousness of his heart, in preparation to receive The Emerald Heart Light. He didn’t realise at the time, that this was the purpose he was developing the essences through guidance, but it became clear later, as his consciousness unfolded. His journey was long and deep as he was guided to visit many sacred places in the British Isles and abroad to obtain the vibrations necessary to create the essences. It was a true spiritual mission that rewarded him with incredible transformation. There is now a huge repertoire of these essences that now offer you the kind of transformation that David experienced.
The Essences have also been the keys that unlocked all of The Emerald Heart Practitioners. As they continue to use them each day with their clients and students, they radiate their magic and power of change into the lives of those who work with them.
The Essences were all given through Guidance. As David followed this Guidance over many, many years, he was eventually given The Emerald Heart Light. The Essences paved the way in his life to receive this wonderful gift on behalf of humanity.
The Essences are much more than just a flower remedy. The consciousness of each essence is permanently linked to David’s consciousness and so they are living beings in their own right. As David works with the unfolding patterns in the Universe, each Essence continues to evolve from a process of being permanently re-programmed with Light in each moment.
